brings you this site to use as a portal for the attractions and businesses of the El Valle area.  While there is no real location called “El Valle”, the area has been called that for many years.  The valley runs from Pecos and above, to the Villanueva area.  Pecos River Station is located on I-25 and Exit 319, the San Juan/San Jose exit.  Stop in, get gas, buy snacks, and check with us about the area. UPDATE!  The area now has a B & B!  Arrow’s Ridge Bed and Breakfast can be reached at 575-421-1444.  This place is GREAT!  Spacious rooms and great food make this Ribera lodging facility a great vacation spot.  Give the Sandovals a call and make a date at Arrow’s Ridge!

Villanueva State Park, just south of Villanueva, is an fun place to hike, whether your looking for a short walk or a serious hike.  Stop in at the visitor center for trail information.  The park is also the only camping facility in the el Valle area.
